At Olivia Charleston, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Items that cannot be returned
- Intimates, lingerie and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to start a return
Email us at olivia@olivia-charleston.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with step-by-step instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or style you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at olivia@olivia-charleston.com and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
